THE CLIENT

Our client is an established company with a strong presence in providing adventure outdoor action sport, including camping, hiking, surfing, skate, snow and wake products. As a leading manufacturer and seller with only an online presence they were after a company who could deliver a website which would cater to their current and future needs.

THE CHALLENGE

As an Australian wide online store our client offered an extensive range of products covering all major areas of extreme outdoor sports. Their brief included a new Catalogue management process which had the capacity to cater for their extensive range of stock, associated imaging, online shopping and an easy to use ecommerce payment system whilst managing high traffic usage and simultaneous purchasing processes.

The items needed to classified and grouped and clearly displayed on the main navigational panel.

THE SOLUTION

When Supreme Supports took on the project we immediately set about identifying the needs of our client, their target audience, locations and more through an intensive collaborative period. This information allowed us to make a Robust plan which would fulfil their needs.

  • We planned a clear set of our aims and objectives and developed our construction strategy around these.
  • We told our clients story with the implementation of clear and attractive types, with a no-fuss simple layout allowing the products to speak for themselves.
  • The online shop required the uploading of individual images for each product offered, corresponding descriptions providing customers a comprehensive outline of the product they were viewing
  • We clearly grouped products according to their individual sporting preferences
  • We included a comprehensive order tracking system
  • A filter system was incorporated allowing customers the flexibility to search by specific parameters
  • Images were uploaded for every product giving a clear visual for reference

THE RESULT

Upon completion of the project, the website was completely transformed with the incorporation of state of the art technology and 50K new products with a very easy search function integrated. We are still continuing the process for this client.
