THE CHALLENGE

PASA Connect has a strong online presence with a very good concept offering a membership network that provides extensive, affordable and high networking opportunities through annual subscription and registration on their website. Their website was inadequate with limited functions and was unable to operate effectively or produce adequately according to the requirements of their business.

The company sought out Supreme Supports for our experience and expertise in Website Development industry. The brief was detailed and we identified all areas of improvement and streamlined their system from starting till end, incorporating a productive online presence to receive more subscriptions.

Their website needed proper functioning on all platforms, proper Membership panel, search directories for members, a secured messaging system between members with many other relevant features connected with all these items to function properly. Members are also able to navigate all information quickly allowing a quick subscription process with no room for misinterpretation.

THE SOLUTION

With the information clear in our vision, our expert team began the process of rebuilding our client’s website. Due to the complexities involved and the number of interlinking pages we needed to ensure that each concept and element of the website married up with accuracy.

As a solution, Supreme Supports developed a fantastic web application + A Mobile application for PASA Connect members both for iOS and Android Market.

We developed a NEW member panel with an advanced Search Directly integrated only for members.

Once a Member login to their accounts, they are provided access with the contents relevant to their previous requests. The idea of PASA Connect is to connect the Members with different Events based on their City/Region where they get the access to different Events based on Special interest groups. The powerful element of the member site was integrating the CRM -Infusionsoft. Admin Panel for PASA Connect is designed in a way that members are able to search the members with similar interests/responsibilities. Admin is able to set up different discussion groups & allow members to start new discussion threads. Admin are able to send important notifications from the system to deliver the information to members via email, MMS/SMS and via messaging application.

All sorts of these functionalities are integrated are functional with the Mobile Application as well (iOS and Android).

A proper strategy based brief was developed covering each of the main menu navigators, working down through easily identifiable plan. Through a collaborative approach and constant clear communication with the customer our website development team identified a system which worked flawlessly meeting client requirements.

The next stage our team headed towards was the actual website development with proper information inputs on the website for the participating visitors on the website. Also, we cross referenced where necessary with a clear and understandable manner to visibly guide subscribers for checkout and other subscription processes.

A search function was included to allow participating members for any kind assistance in subscription. We also made it easier for the interested members to understand the subscription plan explaining how the organization works and making them develop an interest in the subscription plan by our attractive Content management system. Due to the company only having an online presence it was imperative to fine-tune each tiny element to tie in with the next.

THE RESULT

The new website + Mobile Application allow interested members to easily browse through our clients’ complete subscription plans and Networking events and can Interact with each other. Other key elements which are now functional:
